Witness Testimony

"Driving south on route 1 at approximately 23:00 on 2/13/18 I noticed V shaped object moving toward my car .. it had a light at the front point and smaller red lights that looked similar to small windows running on both sides of the V. This Object was only about 200 feet in the sky very close.. As it approached I said to my wife "OMG here we go - this is a UFO" As the object came closer and passed over car I could really see the triangle shape and bottom as I looked up underneath . My wife watched from the passenger side of the car as it continued to pass over she noticed 4 bright lights on the bottom of the UFO that were at the corners of the flat bottom surface.. Note: this was happening as I was driving which became erratic so I had to pull over and stop.. This UFO seem to just float no sound at all as it passed over us. Once I stopped I got out of the car to get a closer look and the UFO had moved to the north and was to far away and I could only see that lights in the distance. One other note this was not a plane it had no wings "
