" red lights over Laurel.line of 4 red lights, spaced about 1 mile front front to end, front had whitish light steady, 3rd light in line was also whitish, all were in a flat-line formation with no variance in altitude. no engine sound (as would be from a set of planes). living close to Dover, I know what I would see with multiple planes flying in an elongated formation, this isn't what that was. "
