Witness Testimony

"I was taking pictures with my cell phone of the hunter's moon that night over the chesapeake bay and 4 glowing objects appeared on the left bottom side of my picture frame, they just hovered in the same location but i couldn't hear any noise coming from them, which i thought was very strange because the bay water was still that night and sound really travels over the water from where i was at. one of the object made a sharp right handturn and sped off to the south east, was gone for approx. a minute and then returned to the other three, which were still hovering in the same spot. joint base andrews afb had launched fighter jets, which i heard coming from the northwest, behind me and when i turned back to see them and then turned back to the glowing objects they were gone, without a sound."
