Witness Testimony

"Around 10 pm, i went to the front door to make sure it was locked. i looked out the window and observed a very bright light just above the tree top. it was white and sparkled. there were no other lights associated that would indicate a plane or helicopter. i was facing the nw direction. it was stationary and then it moved slightly. the movement was sudden as was the stop. i called my wife who also observed it. it continued to make slight movements in a nw direction. at one point, it seemed to be coming closer to my position. after around 15 minutes, it began to move further away. at that point, i observed what looked like a smaller light exit the larger light. it moved in a southerly direction. another bright light appeared and the small light circled it. the second bright light moved to a position that was below the first light. the small light moved from one to the other. it also would vanish and reappear. i then stopped observing as the lights went below my observation."
