SIGHTING: FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"I went out to look for uranus. i had left my phone inside with my star map on it, so i decided to look for gemini. i looked over my building to the southeast. i thought that i saw a fast moving low flying cloud. it was high in the sky. not sure how high. it appeared to be v-shaped with approximately 6 to 8 grey dull lights on two sides pointing the direction that it was moving, which was north west. it was about a 5 to 10 second sighting. i don't know if it was solid or boomerang shaped. it made no noise and once it got past me a little ways, it disappeared. the sky was clear above me, but i could see clouds far off to the west. this took place at about 8:35 pm on wednesday, february 27, 2019. i was wearing glasses at the time and it was about 38 degrees outside"
