"I have noticed a bright feature in the sky in columbia, md for several years. i did not think that it was a star because it is in the same general vicinity. on the night of august 31, 2019, i decided to take some photos with my cell phone. i set the camera to 4x. when i held the phone up to take the photo, the bright white image in the sky was quickly moving around and i thought that it was due to the action my. since my hand was holding the phone stable, i started taking photos. i took 7 images. one was a video. in viewing the images, i expanded them to get a closer view. the configuration of the objects were different in each of the 7 images. the images were taken seconds apart.
