Witness Testimony

"At 6:20am on 12/18/19, a bright white circular object was seen moving at a fast pace north to northeast. while traveling north to northeast the object made instantaneous, quick movements in a zig-zag pattern; northwest to northeast; northeast to northwest; up then down; side to side (in angular pattern). no sound heard from object. an airplane was flying far above object at that time. the object was much closer (to me) than the plane. from my perspective it appeared the object traveled behind and across that airplane's path (as object's path was perpendicular to airplane's path) and each object traveled away from the other. plane was traveling from se to nw. plane made typical sound. although there are occasional planes heard overhead (at that time of day) there were a minimum of five to six planes (heard) traveling immediately after sighting for approximately 10 minutes. note: this area is traveled over routinely by us navy for training exercises (although we are typically notified when this will occur-and were not- and it is usually around 11pm to 1am). no other lights were seen from object. it was fairly large in proportion to plane. considering the distance (between the two) being factored in, and it's relative distance to me, i would estimate the size of the object to be anywhere from 25-75 feet diameter. although shape and color were star-like (round, bright white), the movement of the object and its relative position to me were definitely not anything close to a star. it was also not possible to determine accurate overall shape due to absence of natural light however, it appeared round at the time."
