Witness Testimony

"Strange lights seen while driving on route 50 east in annapolis maryland. i witnessed a red and green blinking light hovering over the side of the highway. at first sight, i thought it was the top of a blinking antenna tower, or maybe a hovering helicopter blinking lights. the object then moved over the highway, and stood still in mid air while switching its light color to solid green. moments later it disappeared and the lights went out. seconds after that, the object came back into sight over the highway and had moved from the left side to the right side during the time it was invisible. when the objects green light came back on, it streaked further to the right and went over the tree line out of view of my vehicle. the object was a small round light that switched from red to green in a blinking pattern. a semi truck was about 50 yards in front of me, and there is and was active construction being done on the severn bridge during the time of the sighting. a police car was also parked on the side of the bridge near the construction workers."
