Witness Testimony

"On 02072018 approx. 0800hrs myself and an assistant parked near the intersection of colson creek rd and salmon river road. this location is extremely rural but has several cabins located along the river to the south of our location. as we exited the vehicle my assistant pointed to an object in the air. i immediately looked up and observed this object approx. 500ft agl to the northeast of our location. at first it appeared to be small in size but i soon realized it was larger than appeared as compared to trees and brush at a similar distance. i first believed it to be a balloon but thought otherwise after realizing the size and the actions of the object. i began to film with my cell while the object hovered for several minutes. i felt slightly overwhelmed and found it difficult to operate my phone. not normal as i use my phone daily. i dropped the phone and the object ascended until it disappeared. nothing further to report, video attached."
