"While going to bed i looked out the window into the north sky. the big dipper was vertical and the background in this view. i witnessed a flashing yellow light that took an indirect path in the sky from ne to sw. the object made two circles in the sky, the second much larger than the first. these maneuvers could never be performed with modern military aircraft. they were circular patterns at a very high rate of speed."
