"Around 12:45 pm walking back from mail box check i noticed a silver shiny cigar shaped object with aura white wings/ ring like. skies were blue and clear of any clouds. i stopped walking to observe since shape was upright which seemed odd for any kind of flight formation. object hovered several minutes then moved towards the west slightly. hovered a few seconds then bolted off west disappearing instantly leaving no trail. "
