Witness Testimony

" 7 lights in south and 2 in west sky.I stepped out back door to smoke. Facing south as walked out. I saw what appeared to be big dipper but it was very big and bright and i know big dipper is in north sky. There were 4 making up the square and 3 made the tail. It was very quiet night and there was no sound. I looked to the west and saw 2 more moving toward the lights. (South) the 7 lights started moving around slowly at first and then took off quickly. The lights in the west were gone by this time and only one remained. It was very bright with a bright red blinking light in middle. It was FANTASTIC! My sister got video after I hollered for her to get phone. You can see the last one left. I can send video if needed. "
