Witness Testimony

"At 9:00 pm on july 2nd, 2018, i was driving south on pp highway, approximately one mile from windsor crossing at truman lake. it was very near dark, but still light enough outside to see without headlights. as i was driving, i observed a bright white light at approximately 45 degrees above the horizon to the southeast. assuming it was fireworks, given the approaching holiday, i didn't think much about it. however, the one bright light fanned out into three bright lights and hovered, stationary. within seconds, the three lights merged back into one light, then disappeared. very soon, one light reappeared in the same position, fanned out into three lights, merged back into one and disappeared again. after that, i did not observe any more activity. a couple of days later, i was told a cousin of mine and her boyfriend witnessed the same lights, at the same time, but miles away from my location. their location was to the sw of me.
