"July 2, 2018 at approximately 6:30 pm. i was the driver with my son and wife in the back seat and they did not see anything due to where they were sitting. as we were headed home,stuck in some slow moving traffic, on i-10 west in winnie, tx i saw a dark low flying airplane and told my son to look out his window to see it. when i pointed out the plane i caught a view of a oval shaped silver object to the right of the plane and at a much higher altitude than the plane. the object looked like it was just sitting there. i looked back at the plane to get my bearings and then looked back to where the object was and it was no longer there. i scanned the sky for it with no luck"
