Witness Testimony

"I was in the backyard pushing my 7 and 9 year old on the swings when my daughter said, "What is that in the sky?" At first i didn't see anything but then I saw there was an object that was extremely high in the sky. It looked like a bright star at first but it was to bright. We got out our binoculars and got a better look. It was still very far away but it looked like three circles close together in a diamond formation and they were rotating around. My wife also saw it. It wasn't a plane because it stayed in the same place for several minutes, then it seemed to slowly drift off and out of site. I tried to get a video from my cell phone but the video didn't pick it up. Perhaps some kind of weather balloon? We don't know. All I can say for sure is that it wasn't a plane, it was either emitting light or reflecting sunlight and it was extremely high in the sky. "
