Witness Testimony

"Was driving home tonight through everett. saw object from my car window. i thought it was an eagle at first but it was doing barrel rolls which really caught my attention. and it seemed to be really bothering a flock of birds. as i got closer it looked like a machine of some kind. not like any drone ive ever seen though. i pulled over and drover to exactly under it. i got out of my car and looked up and it was hovering directly above me spinning changing shape and it very quickly rose from about 100 feet to all the way up til it was slightly obsured by clouds but it just hung there. i tried to stop.A passerby to have them look at it but it was as if i was invisible and they couldn't hear my voice. and my cell phone camera couldn't capture anything where it was. then it flew a mile north in a few seconds. i could still see it though still changing shape but kind of a black dot in the sky just hanging there in one spot. now at this point i was desperate to have somebody else witness. so i pointed it out to a very strange looking man that walked up to me and he swore he saw nothing there even as i was looking directly at it. i got back in my car and followed it until it flew west into the clouds over the pacific ocean."
