Witness Testimony

"I was waiting in my car outside of my wife's work waiting for her shift to end. i was parked facing south. at 9:32 pm eastern i noticed 2 large balls of light sitting stationary in the sky to the west, slightly southwest. my first thought was that they were helicopters. i couldn't hear anything. i couldn't see any type of structure. the lights pulsed colors of fire. the best way i can describe it - if you could capture an active candle flame into a perfectly round glow - there were two of them! when i first noticed them, approximately 4 or 5 minutes after i had arrived, one sat lower in the sky and was of to the left a bit. they were fairly close together. the color of the lights changed between yellows, oranges and reds just like a flame would flicker. they sat in the sky from the time i noticed them for about 20 seconds and then slowly started hovering from their position in the sky, in a uniform fashion (the slightly higher one to the right leading the way) moving west to east. they moved slow and seemed to randomly twitch as they went. they gradually burned darker shades of oranges and red before fading out in a very dark red that faded out completely and that was it. my entire experience lasted about a minute to a minute and a half. photo was taken after the lower left one burned out. i would say there was about a 20 second difference between the 2 fading. taken from a low end galaxy phone in full zoom "
