Witness Testimony

" i was driving west down the highway, looking over to the south every once in a while to enjoy the glow of the sunrise when i notice the object between the clouds. it seemed pretty far away and it was falling at roughly 12° angle towards the ground. the object was far enough to end up behind the clouds after about 5 to 8 minutes of descending, clearing roughly 5 to 10° altitude in that time. it was a rounded arrowhead/diamond shape tip pointing to the ground and was a glowing white. no noticable features other than that and the lack of any kind of tail. it looked pretty big, which is why i thought it was a close weather baloon, but once in dropped behind the clouds i was certain it was larger than i originally thought. once it dropped behind thr clouds, i lost sight of it."
