Witness Testimony

"I was sitting with my dog in my golf cart looking at the pond, when he started to growl and made a couple barks and brought my attention to the sky. i look to the southeast and noticed an extremely bright light that appeared to be very close and very large. i started taking video of the object as it moved nowhere. it essentially set stationary as far as i could tell from my vantage point. i can't explain what it was. it made no sound. it was extremely bright. it made my dog very uneasy. the object began making strange maneuvers so to speak. i don't want to call it phase-shifting, but it was very interesting. almost like it wasn't shifting through dimensions to move....Bear in mind it very well may be the camera trying to focus on an object however i did have my camera supported. this is a phone galaxy note 9, which does take great pictures, and i did have the camera supported on the front windshield the golf cart with a steady hand. the object out of nowhere decided that it was just going to disappear. i took a picture, the last picture i saw of it looks as though i used my s pen to erase a squiggly line in the middle of the sky. i really don't think this is extraterrestrial in nature, however i cannot explain it. it vanished. i look forward to any info into what this may be. i have more media, but don't want to spend the time uploading it. i hope there is a quick and easy explanation and i can't move on.
