Witness Testimony

"So i was on my way home... i was here(the exact location) 45º48'40''n 24º08'53''e and, while walking, i saw a plane with a bright 'spotlight' in the front. i was thinking: "oh look, it's so bright. does it need to be that powerful?" and, considering it had blinking lights, like any other aircraft, it didn't raise any question. but then, the white orb-like light at the front left the plane and started raising and changing its course. the plane (the actual plane) kept its course. when i saw what happened, i didn't think twice about what it was, and focused on registering everything needed for this very report. the craft then started hovering in the same place, then the light turned off and it basically disappeared (since i couldn't see it anymore. it was dark outside)"
