"On the deck at my apartment on the fourth floor, and i went outside for a cigarette and i’ve lived here for a year now, so i notice when things are out of place, when i first went outside i didn’t know anything but upon returning inside i looked to two lights just hanging there and thought oh cool what’s that, so i decided to hang out there and watch, the lights flashed a bright red/orange and countinued staying there admitting light, this is the second time this has happened the first time i contacted local law enforcement and they said it was chinese lanterns. but chinese lanterns don’t hover "
