"Was walking dogs and it just turned dark. i had parked my van and noticed a bright lite in the west sky. low just above treeline. it was far enough away i thought it may be a star, but too bright. it was also the only star out if thats what it was. i thought it odd it being so low on horizon yet first star out? was walking dogs away from it and after about ten minutes i turned around and it was gone. we walked around a corner of wooed area and after another 15 minutes we walked back around corner and there it was again. i watched for a while being puzzled. looked up again it wad gone. continued walking and it appears again. this time i watch continuously and after about two minutes it literally turns off like a light switch. that's the last i saw."
