Witness Testimony

"Me and my sister were just leaving our brother's place at 387 Main street West, North Bay, ON. when we spotted a strange craft sailing by faster than running speed. We were at the back of his building in the parking lot that faced out towards the lake. We got in her car and rolled the windows down to see the object as it flew by heading towards Lakeshore drive. At first we thought it might be a drone of some kind but could not see any propellers. Judging from the size of the object it would need massive propellers to keep it afloat so we immediately scratched that off the list. It flew just a few yards over the houses going down main street kind of bobbing up and down as though it was hitting waves on a lake, probably so it wouldn't hit the tops of houses as it was flying so low. It was Jet black except for the orange lights running down it's pivotal points or heights. The lights gave off a light glow but got the sense that it wasn't using it's full power of illumination. You could see a sort of Heat source or Aurora if that's what you would call it emanating from the bottom. It was a cold night. As it flew past it gave a sort of weird humming sound like it was being propelled by some energy field. We sat in the car in a Numb like state not even thinking to take pictures or video with our cell phones. We had to take it in, not even thinking that we should have gave chase. We watched it till we could see it no more as it headed away from us towards Lakeshore drive."
