Witness Testimony

"It changed shapes, or at least appeared to. it appeared to be thinner from one side with small wings coming out from the length of it. it was spinning at various speeds.At first i though it was just the one but then i noticed other 'stars' blinking more than a normal star just flickering a little. then i noticed the blinks would happen one by one in a pattern, in a u shape around the larger/ closer one. one of them seemed to have the most interaction with the largest, with most of that ones blinking seeming to interact with it directly while none of the others did. this one was also slightly bigger/closer than the others. while only the largest moved very noticeably, the others did a little, bit staying in their general formation and places. the biggest would stay in one place for a while (always spinning) and then move around and hover again, for hours. at first, the was a dog barking but after a few hours chickens, roosters, dogs, all started going crazy. i'm not sure if it has to do with this but it was 3 am."
