Witness Testimony

"The object appeared to be a ball of energy. i didn't notice the object moving but that it would control the light it could emit and the degree of brightness it had throughout. at times it looks as though the object burned itself out, but then reappear within seconds. it was orange and red and the size and color changed rapidly on video but viewing it with the naked eye, it seemed to be just a colorful red ball in the night sky. it was a clear night in january 2019 and there was no sound. it was in the eastern sky. the second video was in april 2019 and was white in color, and much smaller. it looked like another star in the sky but i knew it was moving and it could cover a great distance in a short amount of time. there were several lights interacting simultaneously and it went on for hours. it was much further away and in the southwestern sky. it behaved erratically. the night was clear and the lights could be seen on two separate occasions. the digital pictures is the shape of the red ball in the video i had seen, but taken in black and white. the two lights in the picture are also of the video of the red ball so i don't know what to think after matching the video with the pictures, but they are of the same image i saw on the night of january 13, 2019 around 10 o'clock in the evening.
