Witness Testimony

"Unknown craft that was hard to distinguish shape. But at first there was A. Large red orb. Coming from the Eastside of saint Paul. The craft crossed over me by 3M. And what I thought to be a drone at first ended up being a very large school bus size. Craft Zoe singular red orb. Turn into a singular white orb once it passed. Heading towards Oakdale. As I'm driving. Going East on 94 now, 8 crosses over 94. Going South hovered over the Lake. Strobing red and blue lights before taking off in a bright teal color back over the 3M heading North into Lake Elmo. As I Exit on Inwood Drive heading North. The craft was still visible in the sky due to the Brightness of the lights, there was no sound coming from this crashed even when it crossed over my vehicle, but there was no distinguishable worldshape other than the changing of colors from red to white to wedding blue. Teal back to white and the last time I. Head visual. It was back to the original red orb. I had visual of this thing for a good half hour. Spanning all 3 towns, including possibly Woodbury."
