Witness Testimony

"I saw what i believe to be a ufo at approx 0330 pst on nov 17th 2018 in san diego, ca. i was driving south on the i-15 near the aero drive exit, when i saw a triangular/chevron shaped aircraft drop out of the sky to my left about a quarter or half mile to my left and definitely between 400 and 500 ft above the ground. it hovered for a couple seconds. it's 6 or 7 round bright white lights on its undercarriage flashed sequentially from front to back. i did a double take when i saw it drop and hover, but saw it long enough for the light pattern to repeat 3 or 4 times. and then it took off south with a speed that i don't think any jet could match. the lights trailed behind and then blurred together for a split second and then it was gone. my passengers were all sleeping, but i asked if anyone had seen what i had witnessed, but i was alone in my sighting. i remember i had just checked my side mirror when a saw the light fall out of the sky at great speed. i thought it might have been a firework but then it just sat there and was too bright and the lights started to flash."
