Witness Testimony

"I was on foot walking in a northerly direction when i noticed a plane travelling east. the sky was full of vapor trails and as i walked i was watching the jet. a few seconds later i noticed a larger aircraft heading in a nne direction but the plane did not leave a vapor trail. i thought this was odd since the sky was full of jet trails. the aircraft appeared to be about 1/4 as wide as its length and i could not make out any wings in a nearly cloudless blue sky. i looked back toward the first jet and even though it was further north of my position i could tell that it had wings. the other thing i noticed was that the jet was still crossing my view in the sky and the unknown aircraft was intersecting the plane but far out in front. even though the unknown aircraft didn't appear to be travelling at an outrageous speed, it had to be travelling several times faster than the east bound jet. i would best describe the shape as looking like a military cargo plane without wings or tail. even though there were very few clouds the unknown craft flew through one of the light clouds in the sky.
