Witness Testimony

"I was taking my dog out and saw what i knew was venus and what i thought were two other planets all in pretty close conjunction. so i went inside my house and grabbed my phone and used skymap and it showed venus, uranus and nothing else. no planet (i thought it was a planet as it wasn't twinkling), no star, no galaxy, no satellite, nothing that sky map would list. i went back outside using skymap to figure out what it was, still thinking it was a celestial body. that's when i noticed it was moving, getting closer, headed west to east. as it headed in my direction i was looking for the blinking lights of a plane, but saw none. i realized it was at a level a plane would fly but it made no noise. it when overhead and slowly curved northeast. i do realize i had my phone camera but i was trying to figure out what it could be, and my past attempts at photographing or filming anything in the dark, with the glare of the street lights, had terrible results, so wasn't thinking about recording, and i wasn't thinking "ufo" at this point. after it disappeared from sight i remembered a very similar incident from years ago (which i believe i may have reported here), but at a much closer range, maybe a few hundred feet up. so i ran inside to check air traffic and satellite tracking on my pc and there was no air traffic, and no satellites tracking like that. "
