"I observed many many star like round objects streaking through the sky at very high speeds and then stopping on a dime and hovering and then streaking through the sky again. this went on for hours, i watched from roughly 11:30 pm till 3:30 am. i used binoculars also. i estimate that i probably saw 40 of these things in the four hours all over this guy. my cell phone camera wasn't able to pick them up but they were clearly visible to the eyes."
