Witness Testimony

"I was outside with my dog about 8:30 pm est on 10/12/19. i was facing south. i saw an object very high in the sky. it was small. it was moving very fast in a ne direction. it appeared to be headed out over lake ontario to my north. it well above the clouds that were out that night. it made no noise and left no trail. there was ample moonlight. relative to the clouds and moon this object was not in space. it was in our atmosphere. it moved faster than any aircraft i have ever scene. i did not appear to be natural (eg comet, meteor). it did not appear to be ascending or descending. i turned to face ne and followed it with the naked eye for about 2 minutes. it diminished in size and brightness, but did not deviate in speed or degree. last seen it was headed ne toward lake ontario and canada."
