Witness Testimony

"A military flyover of western ny to recognize front line workers at area hospitals. a kc-135 and 3 f-35 fighter jets were flying in formation over grand island when a large, dark round object appears from clouds above and in front of planes, descends slowly south toward formation and for a few seconds instantly reverses course and matches speed of planes seemingly checking them out. it then slows and reverses course and ascends up into clouds and disappears from view as the formation continues on. i did not notice object until i watched video shortly after filming on cell phone. somewhat difficult to see as i was not zoomed in until after event but still very visible at about the 4 second mark for around 10 seconds. i am the witness of report #54346 and have seen multiple ufo phenomenon over a long period of time and strive to watch for unusual events in the sky and have had many unusual experiences."
