Witness Testimony

"There were 15 lights. i noticed 3 at first that were very bright and in a triangle. they were bright white at first. then one turned blue and moved to the south. while the point of the triangle stayed very bright white and moved west towards myself. the other light turned orange, hovered for a bit more then disappeared. then i started noticing much more faint blinking lights all over the eastern sky. the main bright light that had moved west faded and started to move north, stopped then when back to other faint blinking lights. i lost track of the blue light that went south. the remaining lights, a total of 15, just kind of danced about in the sky. stopping and remaining stationary for a few seconds at a time. then they moved off towards the north one by one until they were all gone. never moving fast, but stopping suddely."
