Witness Testimony

"I was fishing with my son standing off shore in about 3 ft of water. I injoy the out doors often looking at my suroundings. We had some clouds that day which were high in elevation (the big cotton ball type). As I was looking at the clouds,in the corner of my eye this simmer cough my attention. At first I thought maybe it was mylar balloon. This object was round in appearance and almost seemed to vibrate, it change colors from a bright white to a silvery chrome/gray. After watching this object for a minute I thought that no way this was a balloon. As high as it was even with the sun and possibly been a mylar balloon. The travel of this object didn't seem the gain altitude. At this point I was thinking that I was right and it was a balloon. After watching this object for another min I started second guessing myself,as a kid I would release balloons for fun some even had notes attached to them. The direction change of this object I have been watching was like no balloon I had ever released. The direction of the object was in a straight line heading northeastern passed above a cloud till it had came to a stop and change to a eastern direction. After the first direction change it would move then come to a stop and move again,the object did this three times before changing its direction to the north. This hole time there was no change in the size and no sound of this object. As it started moving to the north its speed was the same as my previous observation till it streaked out of sight. It a picked up so much speed it literally was a streak of light and it was gone. I am a very open minded person, but do injoy trying to debunk things this one has me baffled. Maybe it was just a balloon or plane. This is one I can not explain."
