Witness Testimony

"Object flew along side car for 6 miles at 60 mph at approx. elevation of 30 to 40 feet. approx. 100 feet from vehicle. followed vehicle on city street for 1/4 mile. at this time i stopped vehicle and exited vehicle to see what was following. at this time the object circled building and came to stop approx. 30 feet from me. it emitted a soft red glow, it hovered approx. 5 feet off of ground. it moved very little, i could tell it was moving up and down maybe a couple inches at most. i watched it with my vehicle shut off and it emitted no sound that i could hear. after observing object for approx. 10 minutes i proceeded to my apartment with the object following my vehicle for the remaining 1/4 mile. after parking my vehicle i observed the object floating around the parking lot and circling the school that was next door to apartment building. i watched object for approx 1 to 1 1/2 hours as it checked out everything in vicinity. it was still in area when i went to bed.
