"On a hot summer night about 2-3 am in vietnam i think it was quon loã® . i was atop a bunker on guard duty. when an object at star distance caught my eye because of its rapid movements. not wanting to lose sight i grabbed my starlight scope and observed this object seen to withdrawal into space then forward. would shoot across in a horizontal manner and appeared to do it at an incredible speed. still through the starlight scope could not even begin to estimate its size ? except star size. never called it in as i was in awe. until a few years later and the movie close encounters of the third kind came out. freaked me out soo much. never told this story to the public. but it's a true story "
