Witness Testimony

"On november 2nd, 2019 around 9:50pm, i observed a bright orange light coming from the southeast at a pretty fast speed. it looked similar to a helicopter coming straight towards you. all you can see is the bright light on the front of the helicopter but you can't see the body of it. as i was observing it, i noticed something, that appeared to be some sort of bright orange liquid material/substance (the same color of the object, disperse/drop out of the bottom of the object. i ran in to grab my phone and binoculars. when i came back out outside, the object had changed it's direction to the west, then appeared as though it was going to change direction again and start heading south. at that point, the object began to flicker and the brightness of the object began to fade, and then go completely out. (similar to a light bulb flickering just before it burns out) i did rule out the possibility of the object being a flare, because of the direction change and the speed at which the object was moving. i unfortunately, do not have an image or video footage of the object. but there was something i found odd and thought it might be worth noting. i checked the flightradar24 app on my phone, but it did not appear on the radar map. i noticed on the radar, there were no planes in flight visible on the map. the only planes on radar were at the airports and they appeared to be grounded. i live just north of the airport and i will always see at least one type of aircraft in the sky at all times. i continued to watch the activity of the planes on the flightradar24 app. at exactly, 10:01pm the first grounded flight departed from the airport. note: i did screen record the flightradar24 activity and can send it upon request."
