Witness Testimony

"At about 5:55 am i was sitting in the back yard looking west enjoying the pre-dawn air and quiet. this is a normal thing for me, and i sky-watch while doing so. it was a mostly clear sky at the time. i noticed what i at first thought might be a satellite moving wnw to ese but about two extended thumb-widths behind and to the north was another one. then another, and it repeated for the first 10 i saw. the eleventh light was close up to the 10th - nearly alongside. then a wider gap and 4 more in the same pattern. then another gap and a further group of 7 in the same staggered pattern. i would estimate them to be about as bright as a magnitude 3 star. there was no blinking. the whole thing probably took about a minute.. i didn't see any flashes as from airplane strobes. i couldn't see more than about 7 at any one time. they were moving quickly. i'm just 11 miles or so from phx airport, and am used to seeing single planes flying very high over the airport, but i can usually see a strobe. what i saw could have been a line of drones at 10000 feet or a line of jets at 40,000 feet, except there was no noise at all, and there were at least 22 of them. i have no way to know if i saw the first one in line."
