"I couldn't see it land because it went behind a house but the only thing that is in that direction is all ocean. i was videotaping the sky and my snapchat video stopped so i saved it and as i was waiting for it to save i looked up and saw a very quick object pure white descended straight down. i did not witness it go into the ocean but i saw it speeding to earth and went out of site at about 400 feet to earth and either it went into the ocean or it stopped just above it some how and hovered above the ocean because i did not ever see it come back up. it was small and white. no blinking. about a 1-2 second observation. after about half an hour there were strange kinds of planes circling the area over and over. "
