"My wife and i were outside in our front yard observing some nearby new year's fireworks, the ones they do early for the kids. it was 10pm. while watching them my wife noticed a blinking green light hovering in the sky. to us, it appeared as if it were observing the fireworks. i assumed it was a drone, though the blinking light was erratic. once the fireworks were over, the light darted off to the east, towards the east sale raaf base. it flew at a speed faster than what the jets that fly out of the base fly over the town. we lost sight of it moments later as it disappeared out of view. "
