"Was on my 2nd story balcony when i saw a broken line of objects skip across the sky from south to north while lighting up then stopping for a second and shifting again north. i have 2 seconds of video which i was able to slow down and get pictures from. i don't believe these were satellites. i saw multiple helicopters right after."
