Witness Testimony

"I was driving home from a landscaping job in middleton wisconsin on sunday october 21st 2018. at approximately 5:30pm heading south towards belleville/new glarus i crossed the sugar river bridge just before montrose road. at that time to my right i could see an object/light over the corn field, between walter road and highway 92. i thought it was very odd, this light seemed to be very low for a plane and was not moving at all. i took my first right onto walter road to get a better view. as i approached the turn onto walter road i noticed that it was not a light. this object was so metallic/chrome like it shinned like a light. it was stationary at about helicopter altitude over this cornfield. i watched it for about 15 seconds after i was able to pull over. as i was trying to decipher the exact shape of the object it appeared to become almost thinner until i could see a small dot then nothing. this happened in just seconds if even that. i couldn't have been the only person to see this, the highway was very busy. and there were no clouds insight, it was a perfectly clear sky. i have no idea what this was. however this is what i saw and exactly how it happened."
