Witness Testimony

"I was out on my nightly walk at around 6:30pm. I got to about the halfway point and looked up into the sky and noticed a bright light approaching and then noticed as it got closer that there were multiple lights behind it. It looked like they were flying in some kind of a single file formation as they passed by in front of me traveling from the west to the east approximately 4 thousand feet off the ground at approximately 200mph. They were flying in some kind of formation being 4 in row followed by 2, the 4, then two. I counted over 60 of them! They were perfectly spaced out. They traveled from my right to my left where I was standing. The sky was crystal clear and there was no wind, and no sound coming from the lights. They were flying way too fast to be drones, and I would have heard them being that close. I also thought at first that it might be an airplane pulling a lighted banner, but there was no sound, and it was way too long for an airplane to pull. I have been walking the same route for the last twenty years and have only seen falling stars. What ever they were were totally silent and gave off a light that I have never seen before. These flew right over the city and I am hoping that someone else got to see them."
