Witness Testimony

"I was traveling northbound on I 84 getting close to the Bliss rest area. At first I saw a whole cluster of lights appear into the atmosphere. There was like 30 of them, it almost seems like they were something that broke up into the atmosphere and was burning up. But what took me by surprises is they appeared just all of a sudden spread out and like a ball in the sky. I have my dash cam connected to my cell phone it has a feature of voice command to start recording less than one minute clips. But it wasn’t connected at that time. So I took my attention away from the lights that had appeared for a brief second to reconnect my dash cam but when I looked back up they were gone. A few minutes later down the road, three lights appeared in the sky but we’re flying in a very tight formation and I got my dash cam to work and one of those lights broke away from the lights that were flying and started to slowly go towards the ground then it blinked a few times and it disappeared then the other lights started to blink and then they disappeared. I’ve driven this road a lot and there are no mountains in the distance it’s pretty flat, there are no windmills, really nothing man-made that you can see that would simulate what I saw that night. What I really want to see is if someone captured those cluster of lights in the beginning. That would of been cool. "
