Witness Testimony

"Not a UFO but perhaps radar jamming tinsel about two inches long .. had been formed by pulling it around something like a pencil and the lower section twisted into one turn leaving a loop. I picked it up and put it in a plastic bag for protection and storage.I did not have any air craft wake me up from dark to 1 A.M.At coffee I asked around .. no one else had any tinsel on their places that they had noticed. Had I not been pointing a flash light on it and it reflected the light very readily .. I doubt I would have ever found it.It is about a match stick wide with a noticeable bent ridge formed into the strip in the center .. for strengthening. Looked all over the drive and in our fresh dug flower garden .. nothing else seen. Wind out of the South SE about 5 - 10 mph all night.We live in the country way off the road and did not have any trick or treater's ever in the last dozen years. "
