Witness Testimony

"Bright fireball in sky 15 miles away hovering in sky for 30 minutes until sun rises.Me and my wife were headed home from work in the morning. The sky was still dark but the stars had begun to dim dramatically. Me and my wife had been headed in the same direction for awhile before we noticed the bright ball of fire in the sky. It seemed to have just appeared from out of nowhere. It sat motionless in the sky for 20 or so minutes then began to rise and head south until vanishing.
