SIGHTING: JACKPOT, NEVADA (UNITED STATES)

Witness Testimony

"We were driving northwards towards Jackpot,NV. You could see the city off in the distance. Then my husband points out to me this object in the sky. He jokingly said look a UFO. When I looked I noted that it was metallic like an airplane and told him that it was nothing more than just that. (He jokes like that regularly because he likes to get my goat so I thought nothing of the object) I kept looking at it because I could not make out the wing of a plane. I observed the object for a good 5 minutes because I enjoy watching plane fly (also I was trying to make out the defined shape which was oblong and reflective like a plane but without wings). It was stationary and had been from the moment it was first spotted. Then it was gone. I blinked to clear my eyes but it didn't matter. The object had just vanished before our eyes. I turned to my husband and asked where it had gone. He also reported the it had vanished before his eyes. He then turned to me and stated that he was right. I never believed in UFO and aliens because I don't like to think those kinds of scary things are real. But I can't deny what I saw. It was there and then it was gone. "
