Witness Testimony

"Was driving home from work, got onto interstate 84 at the butley/paul exit heading east and immediately saw 3 lights in triangle formation. when i first saw them the lights turned around each other in clockwise direction, one then seemed to move away from the other 2 but abruptly turned and went back into the triangle formatin and seemed to hover in the sky for about a minute before the started to move of in formation to the southeast. i got off the freeway at the burley heyburn exit with the intention of trying to stop and take a picture but by this time they had moved farther away, between that and the ambient light a picture wasn't feasible. i got back into the freeway heading east and continued to observe the 3 light traveling away from me to the southeast while remaining in the triangle formation for another 8-12 minutes until they were to far away to be visible any longer.
