Witness Testimony

"I was driving to work on the same route i have driven for the last 5 years, the weather was very windy with off and on rain. I saw a strange light off in the distance that had a strange blue/ white glow and thought it was a airplane off in the distance. As I approached bannock peak gas station the object came into view, I reduced speed to 60 and noticed that the object was over a canal on my left side with pulsing blue to white lights. As I passed the object I noticed that the object was starting to move north towards INL over the road. I checked my passenger rear view mirror and saw the object was now on my right side. I slowed down to get a better look and was no longer able to see the object. I did not know what it was but it was very weird to see a light off a highway where normally nothing is there. "
