Witness Testimony

"11/30/23 5:40 am driving Northwest on Highway 395 Right before this Dollar General 105 Simon Way, Stanfield, OR 97875 Coordinates: 45.78936687493126, -119.22087861196401 As I drove up and past a small hill, I noticed an aircraft on my right side (NorthEast) moving smoothly in a straight line (Moving Southeast) at what appeared to be 2 or 3 light posts high. A few hundred feet up. The whole thing was strobing flashing green and then it hit me that this was not a normal aircraft- I tried to make out the shape but the pulsating green and strobing was distracting. I want to say it was squarer than disk shaped but it didn’t seem like a straight square shape either. It was only a few hundred feet above me to the right. I thought to myself, "What do I do?!". I looked around and noticed there were no other vehicles, although I was on the other side of a hill so I didn't want to get wrecked by an incoming car that might not see me in time. I thought of grabbing my phone but the object would be flying and mostly visible on the passenger side of my vehicle by the time I would even be able to focus. I also didn't want to miss it by fumbling from my phone since I was actually driving. Right before that Dollar Store there is a dirt road so I made a quick right. That Dollar Store is new and I didn't find the image of the dirt road on Google Maps. Its possibly the dirt road showing on the north side of Coast to Coast Carports. As I made the right into that dirt road the object also reached that road and it stopped. This was intense. It looked like it noticed me noticing it and from what I gather it was observing me at this point. This was another confirmation that this was not just a normal aircraft. At this point again I thought about reaching for my phone but I didn't want to miss anything. Also, at that point it was so close and obviously stopped because of me and I didn't know what to do. I started reversing back from the dirt road since I was uncertain of what would happen next. I looked and saw am 18-wheeler truck traveling South on Highway 395 and then I also noticed a car driving north towards me as I was reversing. As I pulled out of the dirt road and then again looked to my right it was gone. I quickly phoned a friend and he sent me this link to report it."
